15-YEAR, LIMITED ECO-SCREEN™ COMMERCIAL WARRANTY

Surfaces Group, LLC (hereunder "SG") warrants to the original purchaser or owner in the U.S. and Canada that its product Eco-Screen™, when installed in accordance with the EcoScreen™ install manual, shall be free from defect in material, under normal use and service, for fifteen (15) years from the date of install to the original purchaser. SG, at its discretion, will provide replacement panels, free of charge, for product failures due to manufacture defect during the 15 years following initial installation. The commercial warranty is not transferable.

This Commercial warranty does not cover:

• Failure due to non compliance with SG’s recommended storage, handling, installation, and care & maintenance guidelines.
• Damage caused by accidents, vandalism, abuse, misuse, installation error, exposure to extreme heat, or act of nature.
• Installed Eco-Screen™ partitions that are removed from their original place of installation.
• Minor conditions such as light scratches, stains, water spots, and burns, which may be corrected by the care & maintenance instructions/guidelines.

No other warranties, express or implied, are made, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Except as provided herein, SG is not liable for any loss of direct, incidental, or consequential damages as a result of the inability to use our Eco-Screen™ system. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of implied warranties or of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
